However, if we are informed very early it's possible that we can cancel your order or modify the shipping address. Under no circumstances can we modify the size, colour of an item or the item itself.
In the event that we can no longer cancel your order and if you are interested in receiving an alternative size or color a new order would need to be placed directly online. When this order arrives, simply refuse the parcel.
